幼少期をカナダで過ごし、後にカリフォルニアへ移住。
2012年からソロ活動を開始。
2019年に、シンガーソングライターLuca Delphiとアルバム「LightWaves」をリリース。

2022年にセカンドアルバム「Shapes」をリリース。

There is a Fox is the solo project of guitarist Hirotaka Makino.

He spent his childhood in Canada and later moved to California.

His music incorporates elements of traditional folk and ambient music, featuring delicate arpeggios and ethereal vocals.

In collaboration with singer-songwriter Luca Delphi, he released the album “Light Waves” in 2019, followed by their second album “Shapes” in 2022
